I searched for Brazil and found 12 videos on the subject of Brazil nuts.

The first video you want to watch is….

(Transcript of the video) One of the craziest articles I saw all year. A single consumption of high amounts of Brazil nuts improves the cholesterol levels of healthy volunteers. OK, that’s interesting. They gave 10 men and women a single meal containing zero, one, four, or 8 Brazil nuts, and found that the ingestion of just that single serving almost immediately improved cholesterol levels. LDL, so-called “bad” cholesterol levels in the blood were significantly lower starting just nine hours after the ingestion of nuts, and by no insignificant amount, nearly 20 points within a day. Even drugs don’t work that fast. It takes statins like four days to have a significant effect. But that’s not even the crazy part. They went back and measured their cholesterol five days later, and then 30 days later. Now keep in mind they weren’t eating Brazil nuts this whole time. They had just that single serving of Brazil nuts a month before and their cholesterol was still down 30 days later. It went down and stayed down, after eating just four nuts… That’s nuts!

Brazil nuts are more effective than the best statin drugs!
They work faster and have a much longer lasting effect on keeping cholesterol levels down.
I buy Brazil nuts at the Villa Market near the Chalong circle.
I always have extra bags in my refrigerator.
I eat one Brazil nut daily. I grind it in a coffee grinder with my (3 table spoons) flax seeds each morning and add to my vegetable juice.

Whatever types nuts you add to your diet, remember to grind them otherwise their benefit is only minimal.

Question:
Why don’t doctors talk about this?
Answer:
Statin drugs are the best selling drugs in the whole world.
No doctor is going to say anything that might destroy his own business.
125 Billion USD in sales in 15 years (1996 – 2011).

Lipitor (atorvastatin calcium): Lipitor went on sale in 1997 with the claims that it helped reduce bad cholesterol more effectively than other statins, and it has become the best- selling drug of all time.
But it doesn’t work as well as Brazil nuts that cost a fraction of the money.
